The VOLT VET® (Patent Pending) Is a new and innovative way to power your 12v DC appliances and 5v USB devices all with the lithium-ion cordless tool batteries that you already own! The VOLT VET® with the included adapter will attach to a variety of 18-20v lithium cordless tool batteries from the most popular manufacturers, and convert that 18-20v down to a stable usable voltage that will run most 12v devices.
 
No more having to purchase a separate 12v lead acid battery for your fish finder that you end up having to replace every 1 to 2 years. You can use that long lasting lithium-ion cordless tool battery you already own! And when you use your cordless battery that has a built-in battery level LED, you will know just how much of a charge is left in it, and you won't be left guessing when your going to run out of juice, like with those other batteries.
But why do you want a separate battery for your fish finder? A dedicated battery eliminates voltage drop from your trolling motor, and stator fluctuations as well as ignition noise from the motor. Both very good things to eliminate.
 
The VOLT VET® has terminals on the front to run your 12v terminal end appliances such as a fish finder, along with two 12v cigarette style receptacles to plug your 12v appliances into.
Also included is a Quick Charge 5 port USB with a USB-C adapter that  has an LED voltage display on the front of it and can keep your electronic devices like your cell phone, or your kids hand-held game charged up and ready to go!
 
The VOLT VET® has a maximum output of 10 amps and can power most 12v appliances and 5v USB devices to keep you going and not leave you in the cold. With some cordless battery manufacturers making batteries up to 12AH for your cordless tools, you can be out enjoying yourself even longer than before. The best part is that since most of us have multiple cordless tool batteries, that when you do run out of power, you can slap another fully charged cordless battery in and keep going! Example: A standard fish finder pulling a max total of 175ma will run for a little over 11.5 hours on a 2AH cordless tool battery. Battery life will vary though depending on your use.
The VOLT VET® is also helping eliminate the need for lead-acid batteries by utilizing only lithium battery packs. Lithium isn’t a toxic heavy metal like lead, which can cause serious environmental impact if not recycled properly and can cause adverse health effects with exposure.
 
It has a built-in 10 amp pushbutton reset circuit breaker for overcurrent protection.
 
The VOLT VET® can be used to power a variety of fishing, camping gear, or USB powered devices.
